Northern lights chase by minibus

General information

This tour is conducted by Arctic Circle Tours Tromsø (Ami Hotel AS)

The group size is small with a maximum of 15 passengers in a comfortable minibus.The minibuses are equipped with a camping toilet with a heated tent.

You can follow the night sky on the TV screen in the ceiling during the entire trip, which is filmed by our on-board sky cam. This makes the trip even more exciting, and we discover the northern lights faster.

We serve hot food from "Real Turmat". If the weather permits, we will make a bonfire, where there will be an opportunity to grill sausages and marshmallows. Snacks and hot drinks are also on the menu.
The food selection is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. If needed, you can contact us regarding dietary restrictions in advance so that we can adapt accordingly.

There will also be time for stories and myths about the Northern Lights.

Warm suits, boots and ice spikes adapted to the weather in northern Norway can be borrowed if needed.

We always have a selection of tripods for cameras and telephones that can be borrowed if needed. If you want to use your own camera or phone, we will be happy to help you with the settings.

We are happy to drive far away to make your Aurora Borealis dream come true, depending on the weather the trip can be driven all the way to e.g. Finland to ensure clear enough skies to see the lights dancing.

Portrait of you under the northern lights and landscape photos in full size are included in the price, if there are opportunities for it.

Included: English speaking guide, transport, warm clothes, hot chocolate, coffee, donuts, hot soup and hot sausages on a fire, help to take pictures with your own camera, portrait of you under the northern lights and landscape photos in full size.
Please bring: Your passport if there is a trip across the border to Finland. Hat, mittens and warm underwear. Camera or phone camera.
