The main concept is food and food culture from Italy, France and Spain, but Norwegian cheese has also become a speciality. Here you can get cheese from producers such as Lofoten Gårdsysteri, Kjerringøy Gård and Stavanger Ystery. We also offer the Norwegian cheeses Kraftkar, Munkeby and Rueslåtten.
