Please bring: Waterproof jacket and trousers, wool shirts, cycling shorts with padding, helmet hat and buff/neck warmer, cycling gloves, cycling pants/trekking pants, cycling jersea, waterproof shoes for biking (flat pedals), nicer outfits for dinners in the evening, helmet (can be rented), sunglasses
