Experience the thrill of dog sledding on our exclusive afternoon tour, designed for small groups.

General information

Note: This tour does not include transport from Tromsø. You may use your own car or other transportation to reach the starting location.

Feel the rush as you take control and drive your own team of eager huskies through stunning winter landscapes for an unforgettable 30-minute ride. After the exhilarating journey, spend some quality playtime with the huskies as they roam freely in the dog yard, giving you the perfect opportunity to cuddle and connect with these friendly and energetic dogs. To top off the experience, warm up with a hot drink around a cozy fire in a traditional fire hut, creating the perfect end to your afternoon adventure.

Guests who wish to drive a dog sled must be able to communicate in one of the following languages: English, French, German, or Norwegian. This requirement is in place to ensure the safety of both our guests and our dogs.

TRANSPORT TO AND FROM THE KENNEL IS NOT INCLUDED.

Included: Winter clothing, hot drinks and biscuits

About Run Wild Mushing

Run Wild is a small family-owned business run by Ben and Renate. We offer Kayaking, fishing and dog sledding for all levels, and we only do small/private groups in the pristine areas around the Malangen peninsula. 


We offer only top quality gear and our dogs are treated like family. Our area is secluded and quiet, and our guests will get to see the best the Arctic has to offer throughout all seasons. Our guests' safety and wellbeing is our highest priority, and we are willing to go the extra mile to give the most authentic and enjoyable experience, in all weather conditions.
